
Taking care of yourself. It should come easy. But sometimes it’s so easy to forget!
I forget ALL of the time, even though I tend to be the first person to preach to others about the importance of ‘self-care’. And I guess there’s more than a few reasons for it. I mean, I’ve learn’t the hard way (a few times) and I want to help others not to!
So sometimes it pays to have a few things up our sleeves to remind ourselves to practice some good old self-care. Whether it’s post-it notes around the house, lists, reminders in our phones, or something else, do whatever works for you!
