I love motivational quotes. I find them useful when I’m feeling down, stuck or unmotivated. And I find them especially useful when I’m feeling anxious.

Motivational quotes have helped me through the darkest days of my depression and through the peaks and troughs of my anxiety. They act as reminders that I can overcome anything, that there is a silver lining, and life itself is worth it.
